Waiting for activation

Hi guys,

We moved house a few days ago and moved our virgin connection across. It was supposed to be active today but it’s still flashing away and when I check the status in the HUB menu it says Access Denied.

I’ve called Virgin about 3 times today and each time they say that it should be active in the next 20m. I really need my connection to be working as I work from home.

I presume that Virgin will credit my account for any days where this is not fixed and I’m not online?

if anyone has any tips on how to get this resolved then please let me know.

I have taken a look from our side and can see you have spoken to the team since posting and a visit has been booked to complete the installation.
