Contact the police if you have hard evidence otherwise it’s just you against the driver. Unfortunately without hard evidence you will not get a resolution to your satisfaction.

The VM forum team may well be interested too as a potential internal conduct matter. 

Incidently there does seem to be an increase in these sorts of posts. I wonder if VM engineers etc are being given unrealistic caseloads per day perhaps.
