Volt upgrade

Just upgraded to volt.

All I was sent was wifi booster thing

Will the old hub still work?

Or should I have been sent a new hub

What Hub do you currently have.

The "Pod" will work fine with a Hub3/4 - not with an SH1/2 or Hub5 though.

Is it a white plug in booster if it is they gave me that to boost my wifi. Doubt it will make your sorted any better.

Hi @Pete667 thanks for posting and welcome back to our community.

If your Volt upgrade included an upgrade to Gig1 broadband and you have a hub 3 or lower then you would require a change to the hub 4.  If the upgrade is not to Gig1 or you already have a hub 4, then no equipment would be required.  I would like to take a closer look for clarification.  I am going to send you a private message.

Hi @gillhoose thanks for posting and welcome back to our community.

Sorry to hear that you're having WiFi issues. When you connect to WiFi are you connecting to the pods?  Or do you have your hub in modem mode and either a 3rd party router or mesh set up?

I’m not having wifi issues which is a miracle as that’s all I ever get. No I was and still am looking for retentions but still can’t get near them. I take it they still work from home because I’ve tried for weeks.

To get through to the Retention's team we advise using 150/0345 454 1111> 1 For Cable> 4 For Packages> 1 New Services.
