Hello,

I'm a Volt customer with Wifi guarantee and have done a number of speed tests with the VM Connect app. I'm having difficulty with download speeds in a bedroom (11 mpbs).

I've been through the app and customer account info, but unfortunately can't find anyway to order a Wifi pod?

I just need to bump the signal to this bedroom and I should be all set.

Any help will be great!
