I was walking home on friday 13 may 5pm you have a vm box on 10 churchill terrace cardiff road barry Cf63 2QX the box was open and i caught my foot on it and fell down on my hands on a wall i have bruised my hand and my new trainer i have only had a month have been ripped by the box i have tried reporting to the fault line on vm but it keeps saying line not working at present and i also tried vm normal telephone line but they wont connect me without my account number and im not a virgin media customer can you please help i have also got photos i can send … at the time it happened there was someone passing me by on the pavement and i had to go closer to the box that was open
