Visit was arranged for broadband set up but no one arrived
I moved house and arranged for Virgin to instal broadband. They came next day and dealt with connection. Appointment was made for set up on 22 April 2020 but no one arrived and I have not received any messages about this and am unable to get through by phone. I have tried to track my order and it says ‘NaN’ . Can anyone suggest how to make contact or find out what is going on?
