Me and a number of neighbours are somewhat fed up that we cannot receive Virgin Media "in our area" despite the fact that it is available to literally every neighbouring street.
It's supplied down the entire road we're on and yet somehow skips our cul-de-sac. Which means either side of us can receive it(also pretty much everywhere nearby). I actually struggle to believe that it does not reach us and if that is the case it would surely take minimal effort to fix it.
At the very least can an engineer be sent out to our location to verify whether it can or cannot reach us. Its been years and I don't think anyone at Virgin will look into this unless we complain.
