I don’t have a wall box.   I’ve been using sky for 22 years and I just got the quick start box and nowhere to plug it into 🥺

Thanks.  I was afraid of that.  Just not clear what number to ring.  There are no numbers in the app or on the website and the help isn’t very helpful.

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734.

They should be able to book a tech for the install.
