Hi there,
I'm trying to setup virgin media in my new flat and when searching for my property in the postcode checker it says my area isn't covered. I believe a system error as people in my building are using virgin media.
Very frustrating as I can't speak to a real person on the live chat, and the customer service number I tried was only available to existing customers.
If anyone can assist with this or has another number I can call please let me know. Im trying to get it sorted asap as there's a good promotion atm.
