Virgin media on the street but not my house

Hi, recently my street had new lines installed underground by contractors working for VM. I have been checking weekly to see when the service would be available for some time now. 

today i thought i would check if any other houses on the street can receive the service and they can even. it seem me and a neighbor are the only ones not able to receive the service can somebody tell me why or if the service will become available soon? thanks
