Virgin media installation

My virgin media installation is done yesterday and when I checked the wall , I can see wall brick is broken , looks like it’s broken while fitting the device. I need this to be fixed please.

Your best bet is to fix it yourself, I would use some "Sticks Like" clear adhesive. If you get VM to fix it they will probably just remove the small piece of brick and fill the hole with some cement. It will not look good.
