A virgin media engineer made a mess of my wall during installation. During their attempt to drill a hole in an illogical location, they managed to get pen and dirt marks all over the wall which do not come off— not to mention the hole of the failed drill attempt. As the walls were recently painted, I would like virgin media to cover the cost of having the wall redecorated.
