Virgin media didn't arrive

Hi, 

I was supposed to receive my virgin media box yesterday but it did not arrive. I have also not been sent an account number or area code so I am struggling to get in touch with customer services and I have not received any further communication since the pre-contract.

Are you able to help me get an update on when my box will arrive?
