Hi,
I started to use your service a month ago. But suddenly the Connect Apps logged out and cannot log in again.
It just showed “ the page has been timed out. The session has expired. Close it and start again.”
Even I rebooted the Hub, reinstalled the app in my phone or upgraded the IOS 16.3(my phone is iPhone 13), I still cannot log in with this Connect App.
please let me know how to do it. Thank you.
