Virgin media connect app

Hi, 

I started to use your service a month ago. But suddenly the Connect Apps logged out and cannot log in again.
It just showed “ the page has been timed out. The session has expired. Close it and start again.” 
Even I rebooted the Hub, reinstalled the app in my phone or upgraded the IOS 16.3(my phone is iPhone 13), I still cannot log in with this Connect App. 
please let me know how to do it. Thank you.

Make 100% sure that the Apple device is not using Apple Private Browsing or Private Relay or any other IP hiding tools.

If this link does not return the Public IP shown in the Hub's info pages or it returns an IPv6 then some kind of IP masking tool is in play
