Virgin media broadband availability confirmation

Hi, I'm looking to move to a new property soon and I apparently cannot get Virgin Media at the property but I'm pretty sure I should be able to. Every property surrounding it has access to Virgin Media with up to 1Gbps so I don't see why we'd be any different. The property is a recent development so I think this may be why. Is there any way I can get this double checked or re-verified?
