Virgin making it impossible to cancel broadband order within 14 day cooling off period!!!!!!!
I have been trying to reach Virgin for 3 days, finally today I get through only to be placed in a queue because I was transferred cancellations instead of pre-install team, They then woudn't speak to my wife despite doing so earlier, Wife called me and tried to merge calls only to find operator hung up! Beforehand we took their direct number only to find that when you select the option for the department we receive a message telling us some departments are closed and calls ends. Wonder if their operator know this!!!!
Now back on another holding call, current time 27 minutes; 1hr 15 previous.
Have tried every method to contact, no live chat, no email address and no way to cancel via Virgin account!
I want to cancel. This really doesn't give me confidence and experience so stressful.
