Virgin hub 4 sent instead of 5

Hi there, I’ve recentlY come back to Virgin from Sky. Opened the box and there’s a hub 4 instead of 5, I was told I’d be getting a 5?? Just wondered who to speak too. Thanks

Recently there are many posts just like yours.
Hub 4s are being supplied, the Hub 5s are out of stock.

I'm in the same situation, I ordered a Hub 5 and I received a Hub 4. I sent back the Hub 4 and now I'm waiting for stock. Please could you also send me a message if you can help me?

Hi, I have the same issue. I was sent a Virgin 4 hub instead of a Virgin 5 hub and I'm not receiving email communications instructing me to send back old equipment, which I assume is the previous Virgin 3 Hub. Can you help with both of these questions / issues please.
