Virgin disconnected me early

can somone help for some reason virgin decided to disconnect me randomly 2 weeks before my contract ends. I am wfh which means i can no longer do this. Surely if it was simple to disconnect you can reconnect me. Been passed around when trying to call virgin but issue still not sorted.

Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear that you have been disconnected earlier than expected, we understand the inconvenience caused when this happens.

 

Have you spoken to our team about getting the services re-connected for you? Our team can fill in the re-connection form which normally takes 72 hours for your services to be back up and running.

 

As you posted on Tuesday have you been in contact with the team since your last post? If so what have they advised?
