TV and broadband installed today but unable to pick up Hub 5 on virgin connect app. Can someone help?

It can take several days for the backend database of the Connect app to catch up with installs. Just keep trying over the next few days and it eventually should connect.
Just make sure you are connected to the Hub's wifi and not using any VPN's or iOS Relays etc.
