Hello everyone. I was supposed to have my virgin cable and broadband installed today as part of them working with o2, and I was told to have the £35 installation fee on the date. However, due to extra works needing to take place, Does this mean that I don’t need the fee until the new given installation date? Thanks. Ps, I did ask in the o2 community but I was directed to Virgin Community.

Fees are charged to your account, not paid direct.

As mentioned above it is paid on your bill and this would still be added to your bill.
