Virgin cable in my street but not showing on system?

Hi.

We have had Virgin cable fitted into our Village and in our street for over a year now.  However, our Close is not showing up on the Virgin system as connected?  We all have the Virgin black boxes fitted in the pavement outside our houses with fibre cables in them.  When ever I contact Virgin they just say that they are not in the area yet?  Does anybody know who I can contact to get this sorted, I'm having no luck phoning up as nobody seems to know what to do.

Any advice appreciated.

Hi.

Just to let you know that we are still not connected to the system.  I last spoke with you in May and you thought it would be a couple of months.  Could you provide me with the contact details of the department that could help wirh this please?  I've also contacted the local council to see if they can help as it's an issue that's effecting the whole street.
