Virgin brown media box

I came home yesterday to find that virgin have drilled into the outside of my property and attached a brown box without my consent. There is a green wire coming from it and going into the ground.  

I am not a virgin customer.

I would like this to be removed and any holes filled.

Before we do that - are you able to send a picture of the wire and the holes that the engineers have made?
It will make it easier to pass it over to them.
