Virgin Uncontactable

I.m trying to change my installation date but Virgin are not contactable, phone line is jammed live online chat down, contact via app is down,

Not really the actions of a company I would like to deal with

Couldn't agree more, the best time to try reach them is 8am on the dot when the lines open, If this was to cancel your order, I wouldn't blame you.

I'm in the same boat. Virgin are supposed to be installing broadband at our new property on the 2nd February. Our purchase has been delayed and we will now not be in until the 12th Feb. I have tried to contact Virgin but can not get through. So they're likely to turn up on the 2nd to install it, only to be met by the current vendors who will no doubt be annoyed.

Really shouldn't be so difficult, never have these issues with Sky.

To be honest, if you need customer services VM are on the worst people to deal with, but not the absolute worst. You would be better off with someone like Sky or BT.
