Virgin TV 1 is offline

I am unable to record at the moment and keep getting the error message Virgin TV 1 is offline or not connecting. Turn it on to check if your recording was successfully scheduled. 

I have turned the router on and off on several occasions with no benefit. I have also run diagnostics and it it says that the Ethernet connection is working.

Sorry to hear of any issues setting recordings. 

Is your Box in standby or turned off? If so, recordings will not be able to be set.
