Signed up to virgin. QuickStart kit not delivered when it was supposed to be (13th September) and was supposedly cancelled on virgin end as was processing error. Sales advisor then signed me up again and said would be installed on the 15th.
it’s now the 15th and my product still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve tried the customer service line and what’sapp chat! Both promised 6pm delivery today and nothing. I tracked the yodel order and apparently it’s still at virgin warehouse. Virgin rep on the phone said it’s “probably just a glitch on yodels end”
what do I believe? I’m really considering cancelling my contract already as virgin customer service has been poor.
