Virgin Media on a private road

I live on a private road of 22 properties; the two at the end (bordering the main road) have VM, but the rest don't.  We'd all like faster broadband, and Openreach haven't announced any plans for our exchange yet.

I understand that VM doesn't normally support private roads due to the complexities of securing wayleaves, but in this case it could be straightforward, as the road is owned by the residents via a management company, and we are willing to sign wayleaves.  How would we go about making this happen?
