Virgin Media have constantly been requesting their kit back and I've constantly been requesting return packs and receiving nothing, much like many other members of this forum evidently.
I've moved out of the house that I received service at a long time ago, I've been putting in my new address and I've received nothing. I don't really appreciate these notices that I'm going to get charged when Virgin Media continue to fail to provide a means of returning the kit.
Thanks for posting on the community forums, I'm sorry for our delayed response and to hear that you have had issues receiving your returns pack. I can appreciate that the texts must be causing some concern.
Can you let me know if you'd been able to receive your returns kit since posting? If not, please let me know and I will look into this further for you.
