I am getting a virgin media self installation kit delvered on Wednesday 9th August as I was informed on Virgin Media site online.I could connect it in my house self install.I have not long moved in this new house and all the connections in the house are phone connections all OpenReach.I don't see a Virgin Media Wall Socket anywhere in the house.I think I am going to need a Virgin Media Engineer to connect me up to my Broadband when my Virgin Media Self Installation Kit arrives to my house on Wednesday 9th August.

In some homes the VM service arrived on a loose cable, not via VM wall socket Have a look on the outside wall of the house to see if there a Virgin Media box, it may give a clue as to where the cable enters.
Failing this ... Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734. Explain what needs to be done and book an engineer visit.

I phoned Customer Services and got an Engineer booked,problem solved, i now have my Virgin Media Broadband installed in my house.It is working Great.
