Virgin Media Socket wrong place

My vm socket is in the passage way, the wires aren't long enough to reach into the sitting room and I can't seem to find a way to get in contact for an engineer to come out. I understand there's a charge. Please help

There is a £25 fee for non fault call outs like this.  However if this is a new install, then see below;

Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday.  Explain the situation, and that you need a manned install.
