If you are a current VM customer, VM should repair omnibox damage free of charge for things like normal wear and tear, storm damage etc.

Usual process for such a request is to post a photo of the damaged item. The forum staff then refer that on for a repair.

The omnibox is property of VM and it's VM that have to repair it.  It's in their own interests to maintain the cable infrastructure.

I am sorry to hear this, as explained if you are a customer we will repair with no cost to you. Can you give us some more info on what happened and what's been advised so we can get a bigger picture of this?
