Virgin Media Connect app "You're not connected"

This app used to work but is now saying "You're not connected" with a crossed out wifi symbol. It says "Please check your connection" but I have full wifi and everything is working off it.

I did find the app useful. Any ideas?

It might be best to uninstall the app re add and reboot the Hub,

Thats if it is still showing as no WiFi
