I have an issue with my Broadband my Hub isn't working done all the checks and nothing. Tried to contact Virgin 3 times last night, spent an hour waiting on the phone listening to the same 4 looped songs over and over again but no answer then it hung up as it had got to 9pm.
Tried to contact someone online through the 'message us' app and was waiting an 40 minutes?!
Tried to contact them again on my non-virgin phone this morning but I was worried about the cost so hung up.
I've now been waiting on the Message us app for another 40 mins!? It'll be 2 days without the internet this evening, I'm absolutely fuming.
