Virgin Fibre Sales - Pre contract / Fibre Preorder?

Had a friendly Virgin Sales man come round today, he reserved me a lock in price for fibre and said that it won't take effect untill my contract with BT ends, he said he changed to setup date to 1st December.
I get an email saying my setup is on may, but I can't change it too December 1st.
He told me to disregard that, now I'm freaking out thinking they have missold it me to get commission early, please someone tell me I'm wrong, and has anyone got an email address for virgin customer support or a phone number to the UK call centre.
