I'm moving into a new address and am looking to set up Virgin fibre broadband. I checked the Virgin services checker and it states that services may be available and that I need to fill in a form to confirm. I filled in the form about 2 weeks ago but had no one from Virgin has got back to me.
I checked the surrounding streets and they all appear to be accepted for Virgin fibre broadband. Can someone from Virgin please contact me to confirm if I can receive Virgin fibre broadband? Thanks.
