Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you friend wasn't connect due to the technician being unable to find the connection point for the flat, in some blocks this would be in a locked cabinet or room and a key is required, I advise your friend to give us a call on 0345 454 1111, we will be able to get an update and possible reschedule, it is also worth them speaking to the landlord or caretaker if they have one.
