Virgin Cable pulled out of box outside

Hello,

When we first had VM installed, the outside line was never fitted properly, i.e clipped onto the walls running to the property. It was just left on the driveway basically. Looks like recently, not sure how/when, one of the cables (out of 2 going into the white box, mounted on the house), has been pulled down from the box. It's still hanging in there, barely. I'm afraid that this will affect the internet if it's pulled just a tad bit more, and I'm working from home so it would be a big deal.

I can't find anywhere online to live chat or anything to submit an issue. Would someone be able to organize getting this fixed here?

You can text them on 07533 051809 - include account name/number and what the issue is – replies may take a bit longer

A VM person should pick this up here and respond, but it can take several days.

Been trying the text service, got one message saying security check, passed it, then "I'm away from my computer for 30mins so you wont get a response". 7 hours later. still nothing.

 

Would appreciate if someone from the forum could help!

Still no action and the wires are hanging exposed... No response from the text service either.
