When we first had VM installed, the outside line was never fitted properly, i.e clipped onto the walls running to the property. It was just left on the driveway basically. Looks like recently, not sure how/when, one of the cables (out of 2 going into the white box, mounted on the house), has been pulled down from the box. It's still hanging in there, barely. I'm afraid that this will affect the internet if it's pulled just a tad bit more, and I'm working from home so it would be a big deal.
I can't find anywhere online to live chat or anything to submit an issue. Would someone be able to organize getting this fixed here?
