Virgin Broadband at prospective house

Hi, I am considering a move to a new property - both neighbours either side can get M500 - but the property for sale which I would like can't get it. Is it possible to review this on your systems please? I believe one of the mods needs to send me a PM to look into this?

If this is possible please let me know or ask for the details and I'll kindly provide.
