Very slow internet connection

I have signed up for 200mbps but what I am mostly getting is between 20-40mbps. On top of it the connection drops and disconnects frequently. I was given a new hub as the old one had issues (cs representative) said. Still no luck with resolving the problem.

I'm terribly sorry for our delayed response and to hear you've having some issues with your broadband speeds.

 

I've checked the back end of your services and  your hub specs look fine and within the correct parameters. However our systems have identified some coverage issues with your WiFi connection.

 

Are the speeds you've mentioned speeds you're receiving over a wired connection? If not, can I ask you to please run a wired speed test via speedtest.net and post the results for us below?
