I have moved house and the previous owner returned the wall socket plug (the white one with green LED) to VM. For that I can't use the service. I have contacted VM 6 times over 2 days but no avail in resolving the issue. Various responseses from blatant lies (they will call back in 5 min. never did) and we are sending the plug to you asap (nothing arrived) and lack of knowledge of the VM hardware.
I am sick and tired of VM. Any suggestions?

I am sorry to hear you have been having issues with the installation.
Can you please confirm to us what plug it was? As you should have been sent all things needed for this, have they taken the coaxial cable?

To be more precise, 2nd picture from page 10, chapter 2.1 of "Installation Guide" - red booklet sent with "Quick Install Move house kit"

You need to contact VM directly, or wait a few days to a week for a reply on here.
