VM need to call me to confirm available services at my address but its a new postcode

I am moving to an address that used to be a single property, which was knocked down to make way for four new homes on that plot, however the new builds on the single plot have a new postcode (as it's now named a 'Mews', numbers 1 to 4), which VM doesn't allow me to buy a new package online (it finds the address, but not available services),

VM finds available services at the original address before it was knocked down, and property no. 2 of the four new homes has VM already.

Can someone from VM possibly contact me to obtain my address details (the original address, the house thats joined to mine that already has VM, and my address) to possibly upload my address to your database so I can place a new order online? The services are clearly there outside of my property, and its the same landlord that owns the four properties, so the cables can even be run over the front of next doors wall I'd assume.

Thanks,

Hi @bubbagump1983

Thank you for reaching out to us here, welcome to the community.

There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help. In order to do so I will need a little bit more detail so I will send you a private message.

Once we have a better understanding we may be able to escalate this to one of our team to resolve for you because we would love to have you as a customer.

Thank you

Jon
