VM Outside box damaged

Hi,

 

Does anyone know how to report an external damaged box? Mine was damaged a few days ago and it seems to be causing intermittent internet connection issues

Post a photo to let VM get the correct parts for repair.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and arrange a technician visit.

Hi phone 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and go down the TV faults route.Regards Micky
