Hi, Usual story with VM broadband. Had my install booked for the 16/11/20 for the M100 fibre.
Received an email yesterday 14/11/20 to say it has been delayed until the 04/12/20. Surely they must know people are isolating at home, Clinically extremely vulnerable people as both of my younger brothers are. I spoke to the pre install team who haven’t offered much help. You would think a company like VM would have some sort of priority service.
lesson of the story is never cut off your prior broadband service until VM have actually installed their services.
