Was supposed to receive this quick start package on 30/11/19 as my old package from BT has finished on the 4/12/19, so I now have no internet!!! I’ve called virgin media 4 times! They’ve given me the wrong collection code each time!!! How hard can it be? I’m thinking of actually cancelling.
It can take mods a couple of days to get round to you on here; so unfortunately you're better off calling customer services. Persist with them until you get the right code. Someone else who knows more may be able to help you further than I can.
