V6 activation error

Morning,

Received a new V6 box this morning. After texting ‘Go’ to the activation number I got a text back saying that there was an activation error. 
I continued to set up the box then received the error code S102.
Tried calling (call centre closed) and have looked up the error code and it looks like I need to get a signal sent from VM to sort this problem out. 
Is there anything I can do from home? I’m now without a TV 😩

Just tried that number. Comes up with the usual ‘due to Coronavirus our centre is closed.’

if you send me the old box serial no and the new one on a pm with youre acc no address and site id i can get it checked for you
