V6 S102

Error message, S102 stuck on 33%.menu loading, connected via WiFi, hub only 2 metres away from V6 box, no one answering call centre even though supposed to be open until 8pm, why have a self install service, charge £30 for the privilege of installing a product, butnot have the resources in place, this code seems like a long standing issue, and will be at least 2 days of no TV and a long wait to get through on Monday, not a great start to tivo

Try connecting with an ethernet cable.

Hi flymo747,

I'm sorry you are having issues. If connecting with the ethernet cable doesn't work then it's doing that because the box hasn't been activated yet.

You need to call 0800 953 9500 to activate the box. You will need the box serial number, and your account number and area code.
