Main box all set up and ok. I’ve come to install the 2nd and not all channels showing or on demand services either. Received equipment at lunchtime today 17/04/20
Sounds like the second box needs deactivating, when you call give them the serial number of the box which is at fault and ask if it has the correct occurrence,they will sort it out,
Also please make sure your have connected to wifi via settings then network.
