Hi,
I had a Hub 4 sent to me earlier this week to upgrade my existing Hub 3
It was a self service this delivered by Yodel.
Followed instructions and i got nothing but a red light on the hub, rang VM and the MAC address wasn’t linked to my account. They linked it and it has been working.
Since then last night and this morning i have been having blackouts were the router disconnects and tries to reconnect for an hour, tried resetting with the little button but doesn’t work.
It’s working now but is this a problem for anyone else.
TLTR - Virgin Hub 4 upgrade from Hub 3 is intermittently dropping connection.

Please can you let me know if this was on a WIFI or cable connection?
Also how has it been since the weekend have you seen any improvements?
