Upgraded to 1gig and no new hub or contact from anyone!

I got an email about upgrading to 1gig which I accepted last Sat 1st October. I received confirmation of the order which is CH2050935451.

It said activation date was estimated for Tue 4th which I knew was a bit of a stretch, and I also called the call centre and they have got no visibility of the order either?

I'm supposed to be getting a new hub which hasn't arrived either.

Can someone pls advise what is going on

I've checked my account in the app and no tariff has changed over I'm still on 500mb.

It can take several days for a reply from VM on here.
