Upgraded to 1Gig - when will new speed kick in?

Hello all,

I am just wondering if anyone knows how ling it takes for ypur acciunt to be upgraded? Ive had an email to say its been done but my VM account and Hub still display the old speeds.

I've just called Customer Service who have said there was a issue with the online request so they've just formulated the package on the phone and should be up and running this week with the Hub5 also.

Sorry to hear about the delay for your online upgrade.

Can you please keep us all updated once the new hub has arrived. As soon as this is activated the new speed will kick in.
