I was persuaded to upgrade my service yesterday and received confirmation within minutes however it has been 15 hours since and my package is still the same and hasn’t been updated.

The additional TV box is sufficient to mean you have extra equipment being installed here.
Usually if part of your changes includes new or replacement kit, then all the other changes are bundled together and activated at the same time. Others who know the broadband side better will know whether the speed change trigger a hub change.

I upgraded my TV to have Sports and Films and broadband from 350 to 600mb and chatter anytime landline and extra tv box which gets fitted next week.

If you have a Hub3 that’s ok for 600mb.
